The simplest way to meet us is to come along to a Thursday evening run. To get the most out of this session, you should be comfortable running a minimum of 5 miles (8k) in an hour. If this seems a bit far or a bit fast then one of our 'Couch to 5k' courses might be more suitable. Alternatively, you can build up your strength and stamina on a Tuesday evening at one of our hill or track sessions.
