Mabac Pairs relays is a social event, to meet the other clubs, whilst taking part in the Relays.
This is great Fun – Who can you trust as your Partner? 🙂 🙂
The Format
Two in a team – each runs a 1k loop x 5 – making a total of 10k – Simple 🙂
The MABAC League will provide Soft drinks and salads – you (or your Club) need to bring something to cook on the BBQ (there will be a vegetarian BBQ)
The relays start at 11 am but you must register your “Duo” by 10.30 am.

This is a FREE event open only to MABAC league clubs no points, no medals, only KUDOS for Joining in 🙂 all competitors must be 17 years or older.
