This is a 5 mile Cross Country event that can be ran at any pace, everyone scores for the team and these events are good fun. The senior race is just over 8 km (5 miles) there are also joggers’ and junior events of about 4 km (2.5 miles
This event is free and no need to sign up. Just turn up wearing your Harriers top. There is normally tea and plenty of cake afterwards.
