Cross country season is back and the first SCCL (Southern Cross Country League) race is at Pamber Forest. The race is a single lap through forest and fields with undulating tracks and footpaths. Distance is around 8kms/5miles.
You don’t need to enter in advance, just turn up ready to race in your Waverley Harriers top. The event is free of charge. There are refreshments (usually including hot dogs at this race) afterwards for a nominal charge.
