Couch to 5k Application Form

Our 2022 Couch to 5k programme is now open for applications. The cost is £10 and we will begin running on the 9th June 2022.

We will run on Thursdays at 7pm together, with homework runs set before we meet the next week. If you have no experience of running and would like to give it a go, then this is the perfect opportunity to come and run with a small group who feel just like you. You’ll be fully supported by run leaders at every step of the way.

We will then have a free graduation at Broadwater Parkrun on the 6th August, where we will all run 5km together. Apply now using this application form and we’re looking forward to meeting you.

The cost of this year’s course is £10. Please DO NOT transfer any money until you have received an email from us confirming your acceptance.

Please contact Nikki or Len at if you have any questions about completing your application.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Couch to 5k leader once you have been accepted. This email will contain our bank account details. You will then need to transfer the entry fee of £10 to secure your place.
